Contractor Scope of Services

The Paso a Paso Network is accepting applications from individuals interested in implementing the following scope of services.  This contract is for up to 30 hours per week through April 30, 2011, with the option to renew in consecutive years contingent on the availability of grant-funding.  Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

Scope of Work & Contract Deliverables

Build relationships with Health Clinics and help increase their capacity to offer health and developmental screenings:
• Screening capacity survey disseminated and results compiled for 8 clinics
• Staff of 3-4 clinics trained in health and developmental screenings (ASQ, hearing, vision, and ecological profile)
• 3-4 clinics have screening equipment and are participating in screening program
• 3-4 clinics receiving and using referrals from Network database
• Network members have hosted 3 screening opportunities in clinics

Collaborate with Community Agencies:
• 5 agencies are distributing Portfolios
• Network members have hosted 3 screening opportunities in community agencies
• 5 community agencies are receiving and using referrals from Network database
