Paso a Paso is supported by the HRSA Office of Rural Health Policy and Taos Community Foundation. It was conceptualized during strategic planning sessions funded by Daniels Fund and Taos Community Foundation.
The Network is based on the principles of network development learned from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation’s Rural People Rural Policy Initiative.
